إدارة الشركة

يتولى تسيير الشركة، مجلس إدارة مكون من ستة (06) أعضاء،  يمثل كل مساهم ثلاثة أعضاء، يترأس المجلس عضو من جنسية سعودية و يشرف على الإدارة التنفيذية مدير عام من جنسية جزائرية. يجتمع مجلس الإدارة دوريا على الأقل كل ثلاثة اشهر و يتخذ جميع القرارات الخاصة بالعمليات الاستثمارية.

غرض الشركة

يتمثل غرض الشركة في تمويل الاستثمار في كل المجالات وجميع القطاعات، وذلك عن طريق:

  • المساهمة في رأسمال مشاريع (شركات) جديدة أو اقتناء حصص في شركات قائمة.
  • تمويل المشاريع التي تساهم فيها الشركة عن طريق حساب المساهمين.

التأسيس

أنشئت الشركة الجزائرية السعودية للاستثمار "أسيكوم" بموجب الاتفاقية الموقعة في 2004 بين حكومتي الجمهورية الجزائرية والمملكة العربية السعودية. باشرت نشاطها في شهر يونيو 2008، يتواجد مقرها بالجزائر العاصمة. حدد رأسمال الشركة بـ 8.000.000.000 دج (حوالي 75 مليون USD)، بالتساوي بين الدولتين.
